If products purchased from MakeAmericaFlorida.shop do not meet your expectations, you may return them with the packing slip within 14 days of when your order was delivered. Please note that we do not process exchanges at this time, only returns. Also, items in unworn original new condition with all tags attached are not considered "final sale" and can be returned. You will be refunded via the method in which you paid. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items must be initiated for return within 14 days.  The time period begins when your order is delivered. All customers will be subject to a $10 return label fee is used.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 10 business days (2 weeks) from when your package was returned.  These return policies and procedures apply ONLY to customers who purchased their MakeAmericaFlorida.shop product from MakeAmericaFlorida.shop, to note – placed after 3/31/2020.

Returns can be sent using one of the following options:

  1. Click 'Search for an Order' to look up your order and receive a printable return label. OR
  2. Please send your eligible return through a carrier of your choice to:
